Upload your company logo
To upload your company logo, click on your company name right under your name. Once in your company profile, click on ‘Change Logo’ then click on ‘Browse’ to pick the logo you want to upload. After you’ve selected the logo you want to use, click on ‘Change Logo’.
Upload your company description
To upload your company description, move your mouse cursor on to ‘Profile’. ‘Edit’ should appear and click to edit. Post your company description and hit ‘Save’.
Upload your company contact information
To upload your company information, move your mouse cursor on to ‘Contact Information’. Click on the detail category you would like to update. Click on ‘Save’ to publish changes.
Q: Can I create my colleagues profile on their behalf?
Yes you can! Register them here. But it is better for your colleagues to register themselves so they may choose their own password, upload their favourite picture etc. There is also an email confirmation process. You will need to decide if you want to enter your co-worker’s email address and have them complete the process on their own, or if you want to use your own personal email address to get their profile live for them. If you register for them, you will need to let them know their login information so they can return to the site and customise and interact with their profiles.
Q: How do I add my colleagues to the corporate profile?
Your colleagues can simply register here. If you are the administrator of your organisation’s profile, you will receive notifications for each staff profile created. If they are valid, all you need to do is approve them as employees of your company and they will enjoy access to PATA member benefits and link their personal profiles to your organisation's corporate profile.
Q: After I’ve added my colleagues to the profile, can they also upload “News & Promotions” and “Jobs & Internships” to our Corporate Profile?
They can only upload News & Promotions and Jobs & Internships if you grant them with ‘admin’ account access as well - and you can do this from the ‘Manage People’ link.

If you are the admin of the account, you can post news about your company, promotions or special offers, as well as jobs and internships available.
Upload News & Promotions
To upload News and Promotions, go to your organisation profile. Once there, click on ‘Manage News and Promotions’. Click on ‘Add News or Promotions’ and post name of news or promotion on the Name box and post the details of the news or promotion on the Description box. Click ‘Save’ to publish changes.

Key contacts in a member company are given admin account access to be able to manage and maintain their corporate account, thus ensuring that the information displayed on the PATA website is current and relevant.

A Normal account can only manage the individual’s personal profile page, and therefore cannot manage and maintain the corporate profile.
Q: How do I become the “Admin” of my corporate profile?
The admin contacts have already been sent out in an activation email. If you should be the admin of your account but have not received such email, please send an email to email@example.com. If there is already an admin for your account but you would also like admin access, email your admin and have them add you. Again, this may be done using the ‘Manage People’ link.
Q: How do I change my account email?
To change your account email, click on ‘Change Account Email’ under your current profile picture on your profile page. A pop-up box will appear that prompts you to fill up a form to put in your new email address and to confirm new email address. Click on ‘Change Email Address’ to save the changes.
Q: How do I change my profile picture in my personal profile page?
To change your profile picture, click ‘Change Profile Picture’ under your current profile picture on your profile page. Click ‘Browse’ to select the picture you want to use then click ‘Change Picture’ to upload the new picture.
Q: How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on ‘Change Password’ under your profile picture on your personal profile page. A pop-up box will appear that prompts you to fill up a form to put in your current password, new password, confirm new password. Click on ‘Change Password’ to save the changes.
Q: I forgot my password, how I do I retrieve it?
Click on ‘Sign In’ link on PATA homepage. A pop-up box will appear prompting you to provide your login details. Click on ‘Forgot Password?’ Enter your email account used to create your account. The new password will be sent to your email.
Q: I get a page that says that my trial period has expired. What do I do?
If you are employed by a PATA member organisation or a member of a PATA Chapter, chances are you haven't verified your account. Refer to your PATA Profile verification email that was automatically sent to you by our system. If you have no receord of such email, contact website@PATA.org.
If you are not a PATA member, it means your 7-day trial period has expired. You can should apply to become a PATA member to access the PATA membership site.
