PATA SSR Committee

PATA Sustainability and Social Responsibility (SSR) Committee

The PATA Sustainability and Social Responsibility (SSR) Committee is a committee composed of PATA members passionate about sharing the successes and failures in implementing sustainability techniques, and creating new initiatives that seek to ensure that the way that we travel leaves as little impact as possible on the places we visit. In other words, this committee aims to find responsible ways to maintain our cultural and natural resources – and the very reason that we travel. Members of SSR committee include representatives representing the academia, aviation, media, national tourism offices, private sector, and development/NGO sectors.

Next SSR Committee meeting:

Date: September 2014

Time: TBD

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Venue: TBD

Chair: Mr. Klaus Lengefeld

Vice Chair: Dr. Chris Bottrill
