The Thai-ASEAN News Network's The Travel Show interviewed PATA Interim CEO, Bill Calderwood. He touches on key points such as market segments that will benefit from China outbound, recent global economic and health issues that affect travel, over supply of hotel rooms in Bangkok, and new tourism spots in the region over the next 10 years. Calderwood also refers to the similarities between how PATA is helping to shape tourism policy now and the way that it helped fledgling NTOs in the 1950s and 1960s.
